Jakarta (ANTARA News) - (27 / 8). Chairman Tim Islamic Economic Studies Program Faculty of Economics and Management, Bogor Agricultural University Syauqi Beik said Irfan, social welfare will increase if the charity becomes the instrument of tax deduction.
"If these policies can run, then its positive impact will be greater," he said in a discussion entitled "Information Sharing Empowerment (SIP): Zakah For Social Justice", in Jakarta on Friday.

News : Performer Sharia Insurance Agent Ready Certification

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Performer law insurance agent stating its readiness for certification when the provisions of sharia are applicable licenses and infrastructure ready. Vice President Director of Manulife Life Insurance Indonesia, Nelly Husnayati, said that while current law insurance agent certification still has not happened, it expressed its readiness to engage agents to do the certification.
"Certification of sharia was announced in full in 2011. Now this is not specified when starting, but we are ready to comply with certification of insurance agents sharia," Nelly said in Jakarta.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SEOUL - The preparation of the regulations concerning the sukuk or Islamic bonds in South Korea seems to be delayed, after receiving opposition from religious figures in the country. Assistant Director of the Committee Chairman, Kang Boo Ghil, said legislators will review the proposal on the tax legislation of the fastest sukuk in November.
Based on Korea Investment & Securities Co., the sale of ginseng sukuk in the country can reach one billion dollars per year for a number of companies such as GS Engineering and Construction Corp. to try to collect funds in accordance with Islamic principles to build power plants and skyscrapers in the Middle East.

Dear sir cleric just yes sir, if sy has savings, tp allocated for preparatory schools anak2 (jd sy savings on behalf anak2) whether for charity, treasure must be issued on behalf of sy (in the sense that all the savings add up) or a liability masing2 child's name. so thanks ...
